Abstract:

Collaboration between Industry and University: Support 6 times travel of Japanese professor to Vietnam. During two year, the research group had opportunity to visit more than 27 companies and organization. Open discussion for science research activities and technology was mentioned and new collaboration between University and Industry was established. Two MOU were signed (i) The first MOU was signed between Vietnamese partners (Tiennong Fertilizer company and HUST) with Japanese partner (Sastifactory and TIT). (ii) The second MOU was signed between HUST with local company (Lilama Eme). The Japanese technology (Shinko Technos) will be transfer to Lilama Eme. HUST are now doing the consultancy for Licenses to Vietnam and support technical transfer in 2016.

Disseminate activities: The research group participated 3 workshops and introduced about the research activities of CRI project during 2 years. With the purpose to introduce the technology and meeting with more potential customers, the research group participate two exhibitions during 2 years project period. (i) Participation of œThe International Exhibition on Environment and Energy Technology – ENTECH HANOI on April 2014, Hanoi and (ii) participation of the ˜ International Techmart Exhibition on October 2015, Hanoi. Organization on seminar :Biomass and Waste to Energy œwith the participants of 45 researchers in March 2016. Through the research project, HUST managed to set up a new collaboration and open the research network to Chulalongkorn University, KMUTT Thailand,CIRAD (France), Newcastle University (England) and Nagaoka University of Technology For research group, researcher has an opportunity to discuss with industries and improve the skill for carry out the experiment relating to using catalysis for improve the quality of recycle oil. For student, the knowledge of student was improved and their laboratory experiment skill was trained during the participation of project. The technology for production of valuable products using the waste received much interest by domestic company. 2 MOU were signed during two years of project.
