On 24 October 2018, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kasem Choocharukul, Assistant Executive Director and AUN/SEED-Net team visited Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Selangor, Malaysia for the Orientation and Monitoring visit of the Japanese Fiscal Year 2018. Two sessions for students and advisors were conducted respectively. In total, there were 12 participants: 4 students, 4 faculty members who are advisors of AUN/SEED-Net students, 2 UPM coordinators and 2 AUN/SEED-Net members participating in the meeting to acknowledge the updated information and the future plan of AUN/SEED-Net Project phase IV. We also had a fruitful discussion on the study progress of students and their goals after graduation.

The Orientation and monitoring meeting is conducted annually to provide necessary information to the new AUN/SEED-Net scholarship students, and to monitor the progress of the ongoing students at Hosting Institutions.
