Under the theme “Leveraging The Role of Chemical Engineering in Achieving Sustainable Development Goals Through Natural Resource Based Industries, the 11th AUN SEED-Net Regional Conference on Chemical Engineering (RCChE) 2018 was successfully organized, in conjunction with the 1st Annual Symposium on Solid Waste Refinery during November 7-8, 2018, in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
The regional conference has received tremendous participation with more than 120 participants from across ASEAN countries. Scientists, researchers, students, directors, head of the department and leaders from the Chemical Engineering, whose commitment and support has made this event successful.
RCChE 2018 was designed to be visionary and insightful sharing forum, with honorable keynote speakers, invited speakers and technical sessions speakers from ten countries (Cambodia, Indonesia, Japan, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, The Philippines and Vietnam).
RCChE 2018 also provided platforms to disseminate scientific achievement and strengthened the collaboration among chemical engineers, as academicians, practitioners, and government officials to mutually contribute in the efforts of making ASEAN a prominent community in natural resource based industry.
Undoubtedly the participant at this RCChE 2018 were able to exchange with the best experts in the specialty and returned home with extensive knowledge.
