On September 12, 2016, AUN/SEED-Net conducted a monitoring session for ongoing students under AUN/SEED-Net scholarships in Bandung, Indonesia. The purpose of this visit was to meet and discuss with students regarding their study and living. The total of 18 students including 6 PhD and 12 Master’s participated throughout the session. Outputs from the discussion brought about particular supports AUN/SEED-Net would provide students, not only to complete their study but also to live in the new socio-cultural setting.

Meeting students at their Host Institutions is one of the monitoring tools along with student progress report and study plan used in order to provide supports for students to complete their study within scholarship period while ensuring their well-being in their Host Country.
