With their dreams towards better environment, the participants eagerly discussed and shared knowledge on innovative technologies, policies and new directions in infrastructure development, pollution prevention, and eco-friendly technologies in plenary and parallel session throughout the first two days of the conference.

On the third day, all participants were invited to join a full-day technical tour to learn about environmental issues from several research fields in Bali. Highlights of the visit were Sarbagita Landfill, the biggest landfill with a total area of 32.34ha and Suwung Wastewater, the main waste water treatment with 51,0000 m3/day capacity built in 10ha areas.
