AUN/SEED-Net together with Yangon University of Technology organized the 2016 Regional Conference in Computer and Information Engineering at Yangon University of Technology, Yangon, Myanmar, from 03-04 October 2016. Regional Conferences of AUN/SEED-Net in various engineering fields have long been hosted by leading Member Institutions across ASEAN. This time was the first time for Yangon Technological University to be the successful host of the Regional Conference in Computer and Information Engineering. AUN/SEED-Net members, especially those involved in Computer and Information Engineering, felt very much privileged to receive the warm welcome kindly provided by an AUN/SEED-Net long time member, Yangon Technological University. During the Regional Conference, not only were academic research and network presented and strengthened, but the future and sustainability of the AUN/SEED-Net project was also discussed with Field Management Members of Computer and Information Engineering.
