Orientation and Monitoring Visit at University of the Philippines (UP) and De La Salle University (DLSU)
On 29-30 September 2016, secretariat team visited the Philippines to conduct an Orientation and Monitoring Visit at UP and DLSU, respectively.
The session started with the presentation on overview of AUN/SEED-Net programs and activities and then the team updated about important information regarding the programs, regulations, supports and financial matters.
First, the team had a group discussion with students in order to follow up if the students are doing well in both academic and life issues. Later, the team collected the discussion results and reported to their advisors.
At the end of the meeting, the Secretariat also updated financial rules and regulations in JFY 2016 to coordinators at UP and DLSU.
The events were successful. AUN/SEED-Net received feedback directly from students and these will be used to improve students’ studying performance in abroad.
