On March 4, 2021, AUN/SEED-Net arranged a monitoring meeting online with participants from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology (KMITL), including one student on a current scholarship, student advisors, and faculty staffs. For the Japanese Fiscal Year (JFY) 2020, KMITL is hosting one scholarship student from Myanmar.
The main purpose of the monitoring meeting was to keep track of the progress of the scholarship students and their living conditions at the host institution. Participants were also informed of financial regulations and the unique post-graduation opportunities offered by AUN/SEED-Net.
The monitoring session delivered satisfying outcomes, confirming that KMITL scholarship students would be able to graduate within the scholarship period with good support and an efficient study environment at KMITL. AUN/SEED-Net is grateful to have KMITL as one of its network institutions, and together, we will continue to promote further collaboration across the region.
