Sponsorship
AUN/SEED-Net will provide up to 44 sponsorships covering a round-trip air ticket, a round-trip airport pickup, accommodation, meeting package and conference registration fee waiver. For those who are interested in presenting research outputs, please submit extended abstract and full paper to the organizer according to the schedule above.
Please kindly be informed that the 44 sponsored participants are required to submit another full paper to be published with ASEAN Engineering Journal (AEJ) within 1 year after the RC. This paper must not be published anywhere else with ISBN/ISSN, including conference proceedings. Failure to complete the submission, he/she will be temporarily suspended from receiving the future RC sponsorship.
